When you log in to Labelf, you'll land on your workspace home page. From here you can access all the main features through the top navigation bar and the Quick Access panel.
Top navigation
The navigation bar at the top of every page gives you access to the four main sections of Labelf:
Models — This is where you create, train, and manage your AI classification models. You'll see an overview of all your models with their current status (Ready/Deployed, Training, Validating, or Deploying). Models can be organized into folders.
Search — A powerful interface for exploring your interaction data. You can search across your datasets using different search modes, apply filters, and save useful searches as playlists.
Dashboards — Where you build and view visual reports. Dashboards contain charts that help you spot trends, track metrics, and share insights with your team.
Home page
Your workspace home page is the starting point after logging in. It includes:
Quick Access — Shortcuts to the main sections: Models, Search, Dashboards, and Team management.
Announcements — A feed where workspace admins can post updates for the team. Check here for important changes or new information from your team leads.
Model Activity — A live feed showing recent changes to your models, such as when a model finishes training, starts deploying, or gets updated. This helps you keep track of what's happening across your workspace without having to check each model individually.
Workspace Details — Shows your current workspace name and your role within it.

In the top-right corner, you'll find the workspace switcher. Click it to:
Switch between workspaces (if you belong to more than one)
Access Manage Workspaces settings
Open Team Members to manage who has access
View and manage API Keys
